We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and client-focused Licensed Aesthetician/Laser Tech to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare, be knowledgeable about a wide range of aesthetic treatments, and be enthusiastic about helping clients look and feel their best.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional facial treatments and skin care services tailored to client needs Perform a variety of aesthetic services including but not limited to: Chemical peels Microdermabrasion Dermaplaning HydraFacials Microneedling Acne treatments Educate clients on skincare regimens, products, and post-treatment care Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and tools per health and safety regulations Keep accurate records of treatments and client progress Stay up-to-date with the latest aesthetic trends, products, and technologies Upsell skincare products and additional services when appropriate Collaborate with medical staff for integrated treatment plans
Qualifications:
Valid state license as an Aesthetician 1-3 years of experience in a medical spa or wellness setting preferred Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, skincare products, and treatment techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, compassionate, and client-centered demeanor Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends Compensation & Benefits This role has a base hourly rate + commissions.
