What You Bring:

Active Utah Esthetician License (Master Esthetician required).

Sales Mindset:

You love the challenge of hitting numbers and thrive in a performance-based environment.

Technical Mastery:

2 years+ proven experience in Hydrafacials, Microneedling, Chemical Peels, Dermaplaning, and Laser treatments (RF Microneedling, IPL, hair removal).

Patient Connection & Rapport:

You naturally build trust and genuine relationships, making patients feel valued and comfortable. By prioritizing exceptional experiences, you drive long-term patient loyalty and practice growth.

Communication:

Ability to explain complex skin science in a way that inspires patients to invest in themselves.
