Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in various esthetic treatments and services, demonstrating exceptional customer service and communication skills. As an Esthetician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the client experience by providing personalized skincare treatments and advice, while maintaining the highest standards of sanitation and professionalism. Responsibilities Perform a variety of esthetic services, including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, brow lamination, tint, eyelash lift, microneedling and chemical peels Administer esthetic laser treatment Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas in compliance with health regulations Provide excellent guest services by ensuring a welcoming environment and addressing client needs effectively Utilize salon software such as Aesthetic record for scheduling appointments and managing client records Engage in retail sales by recommending products that complement treatments performed Manage social media accounts to promote services and engage with clients Front desk operations including appointment scheduling and customer inquiries Participate in product demos and educate clients on skincare routines and product usage Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment Experience Valid cosmetology or esthetician license required Previous experience in a med spa or salon setting preferred Familiarity with management software like Aesthetic record is a plus Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols in the beauty industry Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence Ability to upsell services and products effectively while maintaining client satisfaction Join our team where your expertise will be valued, and your skills will flourish in a supportive environment dedicated to beauty and wellness.

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
