Responsibilities Provide high-quality facials, advanced skincare treatments, laser treatments, and body treatments Consult with clients and recommend appropriate treatment plans based on their goals Educate clients on services, skincare routines, products, and long-term treatment plans Build strong client relationships that support retention, rebooking, and referrals Recommend retail products confidently and appropriately Maintain accurate treatment notes and client documentation Collaborate with the spa and med spa team to support strong client outcomes Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service Stay current on skincare, wellness, product knowledge, and industry trends Contribute to a professional, positive, team-focused spa environment Qualifications Current Utah Master Aesthetician license required 3+ years of hands-on experience in skincare and aesthetic treatments preferred Experience with advanced skincare treatments and laser services preferred Proven ability to retain clients and build long-term client relationships Strong product knowledge and confidence recommending retail Professional, punctual, polished, and reliable Strong communication and consultation skills Growth-minded and open to continued training and education Team-focused attitude Committed to client care, excellent results, and high service standards What We Offer Beautiful, professional spa environment Established brand with a strong client base Front desk and booking support Innovative services and product lines Services and product discounts Paid time off Continuing education and training opportunities A team culture built on integrity, purpose, teamwork, growth, and excellent results Our Core Values Integrity We do what is right, take ownership, and follow through.
