Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Master Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of skincare and beauty treatments, demonstrating exceptional customer service and communication skills. You will play a vital role in enhancing the client experience through various services, ensuring that each guest feels valued and pampered. This is a Contractor position, you will manage your own hours, 1099 contractor. Responsibilities Provide a range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, and exfoliation treatments . Perform advanced treatments such as chemical peels, micro needling, and microdermabrasion. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations. Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client records. Engage in retail sales by recommending products that complement the services provided. Demonstrate product knowledge through product demos to enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest services and support. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to provide the best possible care to clients. Skills Strong self management skills. Proficiency in using salon software systems for efficient operations. Experience with social media management to promote services and engage clients online. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships. Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients. Experience in hospitality settings is a plus for enhancing guest experiences. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
