Aesthetic Injector Assistant About Us:

St. George Med Spa is a family owned boutique medical spa committed to delivering modern, high-quality aesthetic care in a warm and welcoming environment. Our team is passionate about empowering clients to feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. We're known for our positive work culture, professional excellence, and client-first approach We're looking for a dedicated Aesthetic Injector Assistant to join our growing team.

Position Overview:

This is a hands-on, client-facing role that supports our aesthetic injectors and helps ensure a seamless, elevated experience for every client. You'll assist during injectable procedures, prep treatment rooms, support follow-up care, and help maintain organization and flow throughout the day.

Note:

This is NOT a transitional role into aesthetics. We're looking for someone who thrives in a support-based position and is excited to grow within this role.

What You'll Do:

Work closely with aesthetic injectors to assist during treatments and consultations Prep and restock treatment rooms to ensure smooth appointment flow Educate clients on post-care and skincare recommendations Maintain accurate charting, inventory tracking, and documentation Provide excellent communication and support to both clients and team members Help with spa operations including follow-up calls, retail sales, and general organization
