We are expanding our studio and seeking a reliable, structured professional to operate our luxury head spa equipment. Position Overview & Earning Potential We provide our staff with a secure, highly competitive hybrid payment structure built on mutual commitment. We are seeking dedicated team members who want fixed, reliable floor hours—not independent contractors looking for an on-call or "come-as-you-please" schedule. Our custom compensation model protects your income while rewarding productivity:

Guaranteed Hourly Base:

$13.00/hour for all scheduled shift hours (including floor time, client turnover windows, and studio upkeep). Time-Based Booking Bonuses (Piece-Rate): An additional $15.00/hour of hands-on service time completed.

The Total Package:

While actively performing services, your baseline earning potential sits comfortably at $28.00 per hour ($13.00 base + $15.00 bonus) plus tips. Responsibilities Perform luxury scalp rituals, hydrotherapy treatments, and detailed scalp analysis using our premium in-studio technology. Thoroughly clean, sanitize, and prep the head spa station between appointments. Maintain an exceptionally clean, structured, and peaceful meditative environment. Keep a reliable, consistent schedule—particularly covering high-demand weekend shifts. Utilize open downtime on the studio floor to create social media content (Reels/TikToks) and cross-promote available studio treatments.

Strict Qualifications & Requirements Licensure:

Must hold an active, valid Virginia State License (Esthetician or Cosmetologist) OR possess a verifiable license that can be immediately transferred to Virginia. No exceptions.

Core Skills:

Must be fully trained and confident in professional hair washing, rinsing, and scalp manipulation techniques. We do not provide training on basic washing fundamentals.

Equipment Training:

We will provide specialized, limited equipment training on our unique asset features.

Please note:

This specific equipment onboarding is mandatory.

Our Styling Policy:

We do not currently offer full drying, round-brush styling, or blowout services. Treatments conclude with a clean, simple rough dry.

Attendance:

Absolute reliability is non-negotiable. You must commit to working your full scheduled shifts, particularly on weekends.
