Responsibilities:

 Provide body and facial treatments using our proprietary technique.  Communicate with clients, educate them on services, and provide recommendations on how to achieve optimal results.  Educate clients on products and services that complement the treatments. Establish long-term relationships with clients, following up to answer questions.  Communicate frequently with fellow team members to promote a seamless client experience and strong team identity.  Communicate frequently with the manager to address questions and concerns. Provide services in line with training and protocols.  Ensure all required inventory items are in stock.  Maintain a sanitary work environment, adhering to all OSHA standards.  Promote health and provide after-service care directions.  Review client medical and treatment history prior to beginning treatment.  Complete photo documentation by taking before and after service photos as requested.  Maintain client privacy.

Experience & Requirements:

 Master Esthetician's license required.  No experience is necessary; you will receive training in our proprietary technique.  Ability to work as part of a team.  Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.  Reliability and professionalism are critical.  Self-confidence is highly desirable.  An appreciation for holistic health, wellbeing, and beauty is strongly preferred.  Weekend availability required.
