Medspa Lead Location:

Fairfax, VA Full-time position. Evening and weekend availability is required to accommodate patient appointments and practice events.

Pay:

Hourly pay plus commission, based on experience and qualifications. About the Role Seeking an experienced, Virginia-licensed Master Aesthetician to lead and grow the medspa side of our luxury plastic surgery practice. This is not a standard chair-renter position. We want someone who thinks like a leader—with ideas for treatments, promotions, and patient experience, and the drive to execute them. You'll have direct input into the medspa's direction, working alongside practice leadership to build something. If you're an experienced aesthetician who wants more than a treatment room and a schedule, this is the role where that ambition has a home. Responsibilities Deliver advanced aesthetic treatments and develop personalized treatment plans Convert consultations into bookings through confident, patient-focused recommendations Build lasting patient relationships that drive rebooking, referrals, and skincare retail sales Lead the development of medspa promotions, service offerings, and growth initiatives in collaboration with practice leadership Create engaging social media content: treatment videos, educational posts, and patient results (with appropriate consent) Maintain an active professional social media presence that generates genuine interest and bookings Track sales, patient retention, and schedule utilization — and take initiative to improve performance Manage treatment room readiness, inventory, documentation, and patient follow-up Qualifications Active Virginia Master Esthetician license (required) At least 2 years of hands-on aesthetic experience preferred Demonstrated success in treatment and skincare sales Active social media presence with examples of original aesthetic or skincare content Experience with advanced skincare treatments and aesthetic devices (lasers, RF, microneedling, or similar) Strong initiative, creativity, professionalism, and consistent punctuality Clear interest in taking a leadership role and growing a medspa business

Pay:

$52,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
