Job Description
Who You Are As a Licensed Master Esthetician , you play a major role in connecting the dots for our patients across our menu of treatments. You interact and serve patients with compassion by providing them both clinical-level and relaxation-based services. You thrive in a flexible, dynamic medical spa environment You take pride in owning facials, skin services and laser + light therapies as your area of expertise and are committed to advocating for your clients to use appropriate home care that accelerates their results. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to grow— with the expectation that this position can evolve into a full time role as our clientele and location continues to develop. The Role LME+Laser Tech Serve as a primary provider of Basic + Electrical Facials, including advanced treatments such as Dermaplaning, Micro + Hydrodermabrasion, Radio Frequency, Microneedling + more. Serve as a primary provider of Laser + Light Energies such as Laser Hair Removal, IPL, C02 + More. Manage upkeep of modalities + machines, work area sanitation and infection control procedures with incredible detail. Handle client concerns with empathy, discretion, and professionalism Social Media Presence Participate in clinic social media marketing efforts to include posting to Instagram Stories, Reels, Re-sharing + interacting with the clinic social pages Sales, Retention & Memberships Confidently rebook clients for follow-up treatments and long-term care plans Introduce and educate clients on retail products, packages, memberships, and promotions Support clinic retention goals through relationship-building and personalized recommendations Special Projects & Events Collaborate with the Founder on special initiatives, including new service launches, product rollouts, and e-commerce growth Assist with planning, setup, and hosting of in-house events and promotions What You'll Bring A Valid Virginia Master Esthetician License Minimum 1 year of experience in a spa, health club or boutique spa/fitness center position (highly preferred) A hospitality-first mindset with a genuine desire to help clients feel confident and cared for Clear, confident communication skills (in person, phone, and email) Strong technical aptitude and comfort using EMRs, scheduling systems, and phones Availability to work one weekend day
