Competitive, based on experience + commission About Us iLamai Medical Spa & Wellness Center is a luxury medical spa dedicated to providing advanced aesthetic treatments in a welcoming and professional environment. We specialize in injectables, laser treatments, body contouring, medical weight loss, etc. and pride ourselves on delivering exceptional client care. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facials, dermabrasion, chemical peels, microneedling, and and laser treatments with precision and care.
Advanced Treatments:
Perform medical-grade services including Chemical Peels, Microneedling, HydraFacials, Dermaplaning, etc. under the supervision of an experienced Medical Director.
Comprehensive Consultations:
Confidently conduct thorough skin analyses and develop long-term treatment plans that integrate both esthetic and injectable services.
Clinical Cross-Promotion:
Use your deep knowledge of medical aesthetics to identify candidates for neurotoxins (Botox/Dysport), dermal fillers, and biostimulators, effectively cross-referring patients to our medical injectors.
Patient Education:
Clearly communicate how advanced modalities and medical-grade home care work synergistically with injectable treatments. Educate clients on skincare products through engaging product demos and upselling techniques to enhance their experience and boost retail sales. Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using EMR/EHR software, ensuring smooth daily operations. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to strict sanitation protocols for all tools and treatment areas. Assist with front desk responsibilities including guest check-in, answering inquiries, and managing social media accounts to promote services and special offers when needed. Support team collaboration by participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and staying current on industry trends like esthetic laser treatments.
Requirements Licensure:
Active Esthetician Esthetician license
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in a medical spa or clinical dermatology setting.
Aesthetic IQ:
A strong, professional understanding of medical aesthetics (toxins, fillers, etc.) and the ability to speak confidently about them to patients. Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple appointments while maintaining high-quality service standards. Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members while providing top-tier guest services.
Preferred Qualifications Bilingual:
Spanish fluency is highly beneficial and preferred. Experience with advanced aesthetic procedures like microneedling, lasers, chemical peels, and more is also highly beneficial and preferred.
