Responsibilities Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and esthetic laser treatments. Conduct personalized consultations to assess clients' skin conditions and recommend suitable treatments or products. Deliver expert services such as makeup application, hair threading, nail care, and barbering when required. Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in strict adherence to health regulations and sanitation protocols. Utilize salon management software like

MINDBODY

to schedule appointments, update client records, and process transactions efficiently. Promote retail sales by educating clients on skincare products and treatment packages that meet their needs. Stay informed about the latest industry trends, techniques, and product innovations to provide cutting-edge services. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, ensuring repeat visits and positive reviews. Experience Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state law. Proven experience in delivering diverse skincare treatments including dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin injections, eyelash extensions, and body waxing. Familiarity with esthetic laser treatments and advanced skin care procedures is highly desirable. Experience with salon software systems such as MINDBODY or similar platforms for appointment scheduling and client management. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clientele. Knowledge of sanitation standards necessary for maintaining a safe treatment environment. Additional skills in makeup application, nail care, barbering, or hair threading are a plus but not required.
