Master Esthetician Josie Aesthetics Josie Aesthetics is seeking a skilled, passionate Master Esthetician to join our growing aesthetic and wellness team. This role is ideal for an esthetician who values results-driven treatments, natural beauty, and exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:
Perform advanced skincare treatments including customized facials, chemical peels, and corrective skin therapies Provide thorough skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans Educate clients on skincare, treatment options, and at-home regimens Maintain accurate client documentation and treatment notes Promote and sell medical-grade skincare and services Uphold the highest standards of sanitation, safety, and professionalism Collaborate closely with providers and front office staff to ensure a seamless client experience
Qualifications:
Active Master Esthetician license (state of practice) Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on esthetics experience preferred Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, conditions, and advanced treatments Experience with medical-grade skincare lines a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional, polished appearance and demeanor Passion for continued education and growth in aesthetic medicine
