Licensed Esthetician

Overview Experienced Solo Licensed Master Esthetician and Massage Therapist seeking a bright motivated individual to grow together. I am looking for a spa partner who is wanting to take the leap and work for yourself but not ready to fully invest into your own room and set up yet. This is a mentorship style position where you are able to utilize my room and supplies but also help build up your own clientele. This position is right for the right person seeking flexibility, guidance, and desire to start out on your own without the risk.

What I need from you:

1-2 years minimum working in the spa industry. This can also mean working front desk and understanding the inner workings of a spa. Esthetician License or Finished Esthetic school with the ability to get your temporary license. Ability to be responsible, independent, self motivated, creative and driven. Open and great communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Not afraid to participate in social media marketing including instagram and tiktok videos. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to maintain a safe and clean environment. Experienced in using and posting on social media platforms such as instagram, tiktok, and facebook. Trustworthy and Dependable Responsibilities Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, microdermabrasion, eyelash extensions, body waxing with precision and care Conduct product demos and educate clients on skincare routines and retail products to enhance their results and satisfaction Maintain impeccable sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff Communicate clearly with clients to understand their goals, answer questions, and provide personalized recommendations Support retail sales efforts by promoting products that complement treatments and meet client needs Posting and promoting on social media. Skills Proven experience in esthetics Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly and listen attentively to client preferences Knowledge of sanitation protocols to uphold health standards in all treatments Ability to perform facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, dermaplaning, lash, brow and body services Familiarity with retail sales techniques to promote skincare products effectively Deep understanding of cosmetology principles combined with a passion for ongoing learning in the beauty industry For the right person this could be an excellent opportunity to help each other grow. I am open to discussing different pay structures or contracts. This can be a temporary mentorship to allow you to build your clientele or this can expand into something more! $30,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
