Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser equipments(training to be provided), and other skincare services. Educate clients on skincare regimens, products, and wellness practices that support their personal goals. Conduct consultations to assess clients' needs and recommend customized treatments or product regimens. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and professional workspace in compliance with health and safety standards. Stay informed about the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in the aesthetics and wellness industry. Promote and sell skincare products, treatment packages, and additional services offered by the center. Collaborate with the team to create a holistic experience tailored to each client's needs. Maintain accurate client records and document treatment plans. Experience/Qualifications State-licensed Master Aesthetician (required). Minimum at 1 year of Proven experience as an Aesthetician in a spa, clinic, or wellness center setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on client care and satisfaction. Ability to recommend and sell products and services with confidence. Professional demeanor and appearance. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Knowledge of skincare products, treatment techniques, and advanced equipment. Proficiency in managing medical supply inventory to maintain necessary stock levels efficiently.
