Responsibilities Deliver detailed lessons on electrolysis techniques, safety protocols, and client consultation processes Develop and implement lesson plans that incorporate the latest industry standards and best practices Supervise students during practical applications of electrolysis and other aesthetic treatments to ensure proper technique and safety Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to support student growth and confidence Stay current with advancements in electrolysis technology, skincare, and related aesthetic treatments to enhance curriculum content Maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages active learning, participation, and professional development Assess student progress through evaluations, practical demonstrations, and written assessments Skills Extensive knowledge of skincare, esthetic laser treatments, facials, makeup application, body waxing, eyelash extensions, nail care, hair coloring, hair extensions, hair threading, dermabrasion, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other aesthetic procedures Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on electrolysis or hair removal techniques Strong classroom experience with adult education principles and lesson planning expertise Ability to mentor students effectively while fostering a supportive learning environment Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly Familiarity with anatomy relevant to aesthetic treatments and electrolysis procedures Experience supervising students during practical sessions in salon or clinical settings Knowledge of cosmetology licensing standards and safety regulations applicable to electrolysis training Join us as an Electrolysis Instructor Hair Removal - AVI Career Training to make a meaningful impact by shaping the next generation of beauty professionals!
