The Wax Room VB is now hiring licensed Wax Specialists as we expand into brand-new luxury salon in Virginia Beach. We're looking for professionals who are passionate about waxing, take pride in their work, and are committed to providing an exceptional client experience in a clean, welcoming, and judgment-free environment. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time opportunities, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Perform Brazilian, bikini, facial, and full-body waxing services with confidence and professionalism. Deliver an exceptional, judgment-free client experience from check-in to checkout. Educate clients on proper aftercare and recommend retail products when appropriate. Check clients out, schedule their next appointments, and actively encourage rebooking to promote client retention. Create engaging social media content, including photos and videos, to help promote the salon and your work. Maintain a clean, organized treatment room while following all sanitation and safety protocols. Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented salon culture.
