This position is initially part-time, with the opportunity for increased hours and growth into a larger role based on performance and client demand. Responsibilities Perform professional skincare treatments including facials and corrective esthetic services within scope of practice Conduct thorough client consultations, skin assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans Accurately document services, treatment plans, and client progress as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment environment in accordance with professional standards Deliver a high level of professionalism, client care, and overall experience from intake to service completion Recommend appropriate services and retail skincare products based on client needs and goals Support client retention through consistent results, follow-up awareness, and rebooking practices Maintain awareness of daily schedule, client flow, and time management for efficient service delivery Qualifications Valid Esthetician license (State of Virginia) Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, client consultations, and treatment planning Ability to work independently while maintaining a professional, polished presence Strong communication skills with the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently Comfortable recommending appropriate services and retail skincare products Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a consistent schedule Strong sanitation, organization, and treatment room preparation standards Must value client retention, professionalism, and long-term relationship building Compensation & Growth Structure Commission-based compensation starting at 45% per service Structured performance review at 60-90 days to assess eligibility for increased commission, up to 50% 10% commission on approved retail product sales Estimated daily earning potential: $200 - $600+ depending on bookings, service volume, and product sales Earnings are directly tied to productivity, professionalism, client retention, and overall performance Additional Perks Flexible scheduling Employee discounts on services and products Opportunity to grow and manage a consistent client base within a structured, professional environment Position Fit We are seeking estheticians who take pride in their work, are committed to delivering consistent results, and value building long-term client relationships.
