About Us Therafusion Massage & Aesthetics is a small business that is a client-focused wellness practice dedicated to delivering high-quality therapeutic and advanced skincare services in a professional, welcoming, and elevated environment. We specialize in results-driven treatments while creating a personalized, luxury experience for every client. We are currently seeking a licensed Master Esthetician to join our team in a part-time, commission-based role . The ideal candidate is confident in advanced skincare treatments, passionate about client care, and motivated to grow their clientele within a supportive and expanding practice.

Schedule Monday:

9:00 AM - 6:00

PM Thursday:

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Approximately 16 hours per week) Compensation 5% commission on advanced services 100% of gratuity All professional supplies provided Key Responsibilities Perform advanced, customized skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion Conduct thorough skin analyses and develop personalized treatment plans Educate clients on home care routines and recommend retail products to enhance results Maintain a clean, sanitized, and professional treatment environment at all times Accurately document treatments and client progress in accordance with state regulations Contribute to business growth through client retention and optional social media engagement during downtime Qualifications Active Virginia Master Esthetician License (required) Strong knowledge of advanced skincare treatments and protocols Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented Experience in a medical spa or results-driven setting preferred Self-motivated with a desire to build and grow a loyal clientele Why Join Therafusion?
