Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, licensed Master Esthetician to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in advanced skincare treatments and brings hands-on experience in facials, chemical peels, laser hair removal, and microneedling. This role is well-suited to a skincare professional who is passionate about client care, results, and building lasting client relationships. Key Responsibilities Perform customized facial treatments based on client skin type and goals Administer chemical peels safely and effectively, following protocol and aftercare guidelines Perform laser hair removal treatments in accordance with safety standards Conduct microneedling treatments per certification standards Assess client skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatment plans Maintain detailed and accurate client records and treatment notes Educate clients on skincare routines, products, and post-treatment care Uphold all sanitation, sterilization, and safety protocols Recommend and sell retail skincare products as appropriate Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge Required Qualifications Active Master Esthetician License (state license required ) 3-5 years of professional experience as an esthetician Demonstrated experience performing facials Demonstrated experience performing chemical peels Demonstrated experience with laser hair removal Certification in microneedling Strong understanding of skin anatomy, contraindications, and safety protocols Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Preferred Qualifications Experience with [specific equipment/brands you use] Retail sales experience Schedule Flexible part-time schedule, approximately 16-20 hours per week How to Apply Interested candidates should submit a resume and proof of current licensure to out practice manager: Brooke Beardslee Brooke@optimalwellmd.com Optimal Well MD is an equal opportunity employer.
