What You'll Do:

Provides courteous, efficient service to all guests and spa visitors. Provides consistent professional facials and waxing in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices. Has complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating and training guests in these areas Actively promotes the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available. Upholds the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa's policies and procedures Greets guests upon arrival. Ensures guest satisfaction by maintaining a clean and safe facility. Maintains an accurate supply list and inventory sheet. Maintains a clean and organized spa by monitoring the facilities regularly. Maintains an up to date working knowledge of all resort amenities as well as any special events. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred. 2-3 years of prior spa or hospitality experience preferred. Excellent communication skills. Attention to detail. Customer service experience. Strong organizational and time management discipline. Understanding of hospitality operating systems. CPR Certified preferred. Solid judgment and ability to resolve conflicts effectively. Operate effectively in stressful situations.
