Master Esthetician

Our Medical Spas are high volume environments which will require multitasking and superb customer care. The successful candidate will have sales experience, past laser experience, provide excellent customer service, strive to reach individual sale targets, have a friendly/outgoing personality, and build lasting client relationships. Only Washington State licensed Master Aestheticians will be considered for this position. Only applicants with past Laser experience will be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Services to include but not limited to: Laser hair removal, CoolSculpting, Body Contouring, Skin tightening & rejuvenation, Chemical Peels, Hydrafacials, VI Peels, Acne Treatments, IPLs, Spectra Laser Peels, Tattoo Removal and more.
• Ensure each client receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, deep product knowledge and honest advice
• Increase patient retention by building relationships and pre-booking.
• Educate each patient in recommended skincare products to ensure proper and appropriate post-procedure care.
• Working independently as well as cooperatively in a team framework
• Attend all in-house training and commit to outside continuing education when needed or requested.

Qualifications:

• Current Washington State Master Esthetics license in good standing
• We are open from 10am to 7pm Monday - Saturday, so the right candidate will have open availability to meet our customer and service needs during these times.
• Previous laser experience required
• Strong background in sales and a willingness to participate in continuous improvement training
• Superior customer service skills and a demonstrated history of customer service successes
• Advanced skin care and products knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Impeccable personal presentation
• Positive "can-do" attitude and a commitment to professionalism, integrity and sound judgment.
