Job Summary We are seeking a vibrant and talented Lash Artist/Esthetician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide expert eyelash extension applications, skincare treatments, and esthetic services that elevate our clients' beauty routines. Duties Perform eyelash extension applications, ensuring precision and safety standards are met Deliver a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, dermabrasion, Provide skincare consultations and recommend suitable products or treatments based on client needs Manage retail sales by up selling products and offering product demos to enhance client results Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene protocols in accordance with industry standards Engage with clients through social media management to promote services and build lasting relationships Skills Proven expertise in eyelash extensions, waxing, skincare Must be skilled in sugaring Strong knowledge of management practices within a salon or spa setting Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide outstanding guest services and education Skilled in sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff Knowledge of retail sales techniques with an emphasis on upselling and product recommendations Join us as a Lash Artist/Esthetician where your passion for beauty meets professional growth!
