We currently operate with a Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse and a Master Esthetician and are looking for a motivated, skilled professional who thrives in a patient-centered, results-driven environment. The ideal candidate has an upbeat, friendly personality, excels in compassionate and professional communication, and can multitask with ease. We are looking for someone ambitious who enjoys building long-term client relationships, takes pride in their work, and understands the balance between excellent patient care and responsible service and product promotion. Schedule, Compensation & Benefits Part-time position, 20-32 hours per week Must be available to work at least one Saturday per month Hourly pay range: $25-$50 per hour, based on experience Paid Time Off (PTO), sick pay Bonus Responsibilities Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including Diamondglow, RF microneedling, laser hair removal, IPL, medical-grade facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning and other laser-based treatments Experience in acne and hyperpigmentation management Create individualized plans of care and maintain accurate, detailed treatment records for each client Conduct thorough skin assessments and provide customized treatment recommendations Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and long-term skin health Recommend and sell medical-grade skincare and retail products when appropriate Create custom treatment packages to accommodate varying client goals and budgets Maintain a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and compliance Assist with other clinic tasks as needed to support daily operations Experience & Technical Requirements Washington State Master Esthetician license required 1-2 years of experience in a medical spa or clinical aesthetics setting Experience with DiamondGlow treatments required Proficiency with RF microneedling Experience performing laser hair removal, IPL treatments and other energy base devices Strong understanding of current medical aesthetics treatments and technology Comfortable using EMR systems and basic computer applications Cross promote Preferred Experience Familiarity with SkinCeuticals Familiarity with SkinBetter Science Familiarity with NOON Aesthetics Experience educating clients on medical-grade skincare and home care routines Familiar with working in a medical spa Marketing, Sales & Social Media Comfortable with marketing and self-promotion in a professional setting Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Willingness to participate in regular social media posting, including educational content, treatment highlights, and behind-the-scenes content (with proper consent) Understanding of medispa services and the ability to cross-promote treatments Ability to confidently recommend and sell retail products and services Strong ethical approach to sales, always prioritizing the client's best interest Professional Qualities Friendly, warm, and approachable demeanor Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service skills and professional phone manner Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team Passion for aesthetics, patient care, and continued growth in the industry
