  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional esthetic services, including facials, lashes, waxing, IPL treatments, and more (depending on qualifications).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized consultations and follow-ups.
  • Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and products.
  • Ensure cleanliness and adherence to sanitation protocols in the treatment area.
  • Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming, client-focused environment. ###
  • Qualifications:
  • Current esthetician license in Washington.
  • Experience in lashes, facials, waxing, and/or IPL preferred (training can be provided).
  • Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. ###
