Master Aesthetician

Modern Medical Spa is seeking an experienced and motivated Master Aesthetician to join our growing medical aesthetics practice. This position is ideal for a professional passionate about advanced energy-based aesthetic treatments and eager to build a long-term career in a physician-led medical spa environment. Our practice specializes in advanced aesthetic technologies including laser hair removal, RF microneedling, body contouring, skin tightening, vascular and pigmentation treatments, scar revision, and collagen-stimulating procedures. We are focused on results-driven treatments with strong patient demand and long-term growth potential. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, confident with aesthetic technology, and motivated to build and maintain a loyal client base. We are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional patient experiences while continuing to grow clinically and professionally. Responsibilities Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including: Laser hair removal RF microneedling Body contouring and skin tightening procedures Vascular laser treatments Pigmentation and resurfacing procedures Scar and stretch mark treatments Educate patients regarding treatment plans, expectations, risks, benefits, and post-procedure care Deliver treatments in a confident, professional, and patient-focused manner Maintain thorough and accurate chart documentation Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and equipment Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and treatment guidelines Assist in developing customized treatment plans and package recommendations Build strong patient relationships and encourage long-term retention and rebooking Participate in practice marketing initiatives, social media content, educational events, and community outreach Stay current on new aesthetic technologies, devices, and treatment trends Collaborate positively with providers and staff to support practice growth and patient satisfaction Qualifications Current Washington State Master Aesthetician license required Experience with laser aesthetics and energy-based devices preferred Experience with body contouring technologies, RF microneedling, and laser treatments strongly preferred Strong communication and consultation skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Self-motivated with strong sales and patient retention abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented medical spa environment What We Offer Opportunity to work in a respected physician-led medical aesthetics practice Access to advanced aesthetic technologies and devices Supportive team environment focused on growth and excellence Opportunity to build a stable and loyal clientele Ongoing professional development and advanced aesthetic training opportunities Interested candidates should submit a resume, cover letter, and professional references.
