Duties Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser procedures to improve skin health and appearance Provide body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, and makeup application services with precision and professionalism Conduct consultations to assess clients' skin types, concerns, and desired outcomes, offering tailored treatment plans Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Manage medical records accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems, documenting treatments and client progress Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to maximize results Promote retail sales of skincare products and esthetic services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a friendly and professional manner Knowledge of sanitation protocols and infection control practices essential for maintaining a safe treatment environment Certified in cosmetology with specialized training in esthetic laser treatments, tattooing (if applicable), and other advanced skincare techniques Familiarity with color theory for makeup application and aesthetic enhancements Experience using EMR systems for accurate record keeping and appointment management Skilled in hair threading, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, and other esthetic procedures Ability to educate clients effectively about skincare products, treatments, and overall wellness strategies Join us in creating a positive impact through beauty!
