Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and talented Master Esthetician to elevate the guest experience at our luxury hotel spa. As a Master Esthetician, you will deliver expert skincare and beauty treatments, ensuring each guest feels pampered, refreshed, and confident. Your passion for aesthetics combined with exceptional customer service skills will create memorable moments that keep guests returning. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in a vibrant, upscale environment while promoting wellness and beauty.
Commission Pay:
50% for services Duties Perform advanced esthetic treatments including esthetic laser therapy, microneedling, chemical peel, dermabrasion, and facial massage to meet individual client needs. Recommend skincare or beauty products tailored to each guest's skin type and preferences. Provide professional consultations to educate guests on skincare routines, treatment options, and aftercare instructions. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning and sterilizing all equipment and treatment areas in compliance with health regulations. Engage with guests through excellent communication skills to ensure their comfort, answer questions, and enhance their overall experience. Support retail sales efforts by promoting products that complement treatments and meet guest needs, contributing to the spa's revenue goals. Qualifications Proven experience as a Master Esthetician with certifications in esthetics from an accredited program. Expertise in esthetic laser treatments,microneedling, chemical peel, dermabrasion, facial, and facial massage. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols within a spa or salon environment. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with diverse guests and team members. Ability to perform multiple treatments efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality. Experience in retail sales or product demos is preferred but not required. A passion for skincare, beauty innovation, and providing outstanding customer service that leaves guests feeling valued and cared for.
