Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Esthetician to join our vibrant skincare and beauty team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare treatments, enhance clients' natural beauty, and provide personalized consultations to help clients achieve their aesthetic goals. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care. Conduct body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and other beauty services to meet client needs. Utilize salon management software such as Glossgenius to schedule appointments, update client records, and process transactions efficiently. Provide expert advice on skincare routines, product recommendations, and treatment plans tailored to individual skin types and concerns. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to strict sanitation protocols and ensuring all tools and treatment areas are clean and sterilized. Promote retail sales of skincare products and beauty tools to enhance client results and increase revenue opportunities. Stay current with industry trends, new treatments like botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser procedures to continually elevate service quality. Requirements Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as per state or local regulations. Proven experience in performing skincare treatments such as facials, body waxing, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, and makeup application. Knowledge of advanced procedures including esthetic laser treatments, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, and dermabrasion techniques is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships. Familiarity with salon software platforms such as MINDBODY or Gloss genius for scheduling and client management. Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in all treatments performed. Experience in retail sales of skincare products or beauty tools is a plus. A passion for the beauty industry with a commitment to ongoing learning about new techniques like nail care, barbering services, or advanced skin therapies.
