Position Summary Do you love helping people feel confident, cared for, and excited about their skin? Eau Claire Body Care is looking for a driven, motivated Advanced Aesthetician to join our growing team!
In this full-time role, you'll provide results-driven aesthetic treatments, build meaningful client relationships, and create personalized treatment plans that help clients look and feel their best.
We're looking for someone who brings positive energy, takes ownership of their schedule, confidently educates and recommends, and is excited to grow both personally and professionally. You'll be part of a collaborative team committed to aesthetic excellence, an elevated client experience, and making a lasting impact—Every Guest, Every Time. Primary Services The Advanced Aesthetician may provide the following services based on licensing, demonstrated competency, ECBC training, and management approval: HydraFacial treatments and approved enhancements Laser hair removal Chemical peels Dermaplaning and approved facial treatments Keravive scalp treatments Skin consultations and customized treatment planning Approved retail skin-care recommendations Advanced laser facials after successfully completing the introductory performance period, required training, and competency validation Other approved treatments within the provider's licensing and ECBC protocols Access to advanced laser services is earned through consistent performance, professionalism, documentation, client care, and demonstrated technical competency. It is not guaranteed solely by length of employment. Client Care and Clinical Responsibilities Review the schedule and relevant client history before each appointment. Deliver consistent care using ECBC's "Every Guest, Every Time" service standard. Complete client consultations and recommend appropriate treatment plans based on each client's goals. Provide treatments according to ECBC protocols, sanitation requirements, safety standards, and approved service parameters. Educate clients about treatments, realistic outcomes, home care, skin-care products, and recommended maintenance. Complete accurate and detailed SOAP notes in Vagaro immediately following every service. Document treatment settings, products used, client response, education, recommendations, and follow-up plans. Provide appropriate post-care instructions and client follow-up. Rebook clients and recommend future services, packages, upgrades, and retail products when clinically appropriate. Protect client privacy and maintain professional boundaries. Schedule Growth and Revenue Responsibilities The Advanced Aesthetician is expected to actively build and maintain a productive appointment schedule rather than relying exclusively on appointments supplied by ECBC.
