Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and skilled Medical Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver personalized skin care solutions, treatments, and services that enhance our clients' natural beauty and confidence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical skills with exceptional patient care in a growing practice. Duties Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser treatments with precision and care Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to support their ongoing skin health goals Explain treatment benefits clearly to ensure clients feel confident in their choices Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards throughout all procedures to ensure client safety and comfort Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and build lasting relationships Skills Extensive knowledge of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, dermabrasion, microdermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate treatment options clearly and professionally Ability to educate clients on skincare products and provide effective product demos for retail sales success Excellent sanitation practices to uphold health standards in all aesthetic procedures Effective sales skills to promote aesthetic treatments and retail products confidently Proper licensing Join us if you're eager to make a positive impact through transformative skincare experiences!
