Duties Assist families with bereavement support, offering comfort and guidance throughout the funeral process Prepare and transport deceased bodies using safe lifting practices and manual handling techniques, including heavy lifting when necessary Coordinate funeral services and events, ensuring all logistical details are managed efficiently Drive funeral vehicles safely to transport families and deceased, adhering to all traffic regulations and safety protocols Manage records related to funeral arrangements, documentation, and client communication with accuracy and confidentiality Support event planning activities for funerals and memorial services, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with families, vendors, and team members to meet their needs Requirements Experience in funeral & mortuary services OR experience in home health care, hospice, hospitals, nursing homes, private home care, medical offices, front desk receptionists, medical coordinators and other medial related fields.
