We are looking to add a hard-working animal lover to join our team. The following position is available immediately: Full-Time
  • Office Assistant Job duties include but not limited to the following: Supervising Kennel Technicians
  • Leading them in their efforts to maintain a clean facility, pampering our pets, and establishing a friendly environment. Customer Service
  • Answering the phone, communicating with customers, taking reservations, and giving tours of our facility. Managing Operations
  • Managing grooming schedule and communicating with our groomer on specially designed instructions, communicating with our preferred vets when needed, and balancing the company books at the end of each day.
Enforcing kennel policies and procedures. Caring for and playing with animals. Maintaining the cleanliness of the facility by cleaning runs, office area, and outside play yards. Feeding animals and providing medications specific to customer instructions. Ensuring the animals are groomed, fed, exercised, and generally cared for. Ensuring all laundry and dishes are clean and ready for the next day. Job Requirements High School diploma or GED required Compassion
  • Office Assistants must be kind and caring when dealing with animals, their owners, and employees Interpersonal Skills
  • Office Assistants must interact with owners as they drop off and pick up their pets and maintain positive relationships.
Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be a quick learner and team player with great communication skills. Must be comfortable around dogs of all sizes and breeds. Pay starts at $16 per hour, plus paid vacation.
