This is a great opportunity for someone interested in the beauty industry who wants hands-on experience in a salon environment while learning from an experienced stylist.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients warmly upon arrival Prepare clients for services Shampoo, condition, and rinse clients Blow dry hair as directed Apply hair treatments and conditioning services Assist with relaxer applications and other chemical services under supervision Sanitize tools and maintain a clean workstation Sweep, restock supplies, and help keep the salon organized Assist with laundry, towels, and salon upkeep Help manage client flow throughout the day Provide exceptional customer service to every guest
Qualifications:
Positive attitude and professional appearance Reliable transportation Punctual and dependable Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and take direction Previous salon experience is a plus but not required
