This role is perfect for someone who values providing compassionate service and ensuring families and guests feel welcome during difficult times.

Responsibilities:
Greet guests as they arrive and provide a warm, respectful welcome Direct visitors to the appropriate visitation rooms and answer any questions Operate the sound system during visitations to ensure seamless services Always maintain a professional and courteous demeanor Assist with any other duties as assigned during visitations
Requirements:
Must be available to work evenings and weekends as needed Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects is required Business attire is required; professional appearance is essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, punctual, and compassionate Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus If you are interested in being a part of our team and providing comfort to families in their time of need, we would love to hear from you.
