Responsibilities Participate in event planning events such as holiday events, cultural observances, and execute community engagements (Churches, Hospitals, Nursing Homes, or Community Centers) Lead and develop a team of Funeral Arrangers and Care Center Staff that is respectful, communicative, accountable, service-oriented, and high-achieving Direct and lead funeral home operations and work across departments Achieve the location's annual case volume and revenue goals. Continue to elevate the family experience in the Funeral Home.
