The Funeral Director will provide exceptional, compassionate service to families across two Memorial Plan locations Branam Funeral Home in Homestead and Memorial Plan Westchester in Miami. This role offers a balanced weekly rotation of 2 days at Branam and 3 days at Westchester . Working Tuesday through Saturday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM , the Funeral Director will support every stage of the funeral process with professionalism and attention to detail. Responsibilities Provide a source of support, guidance, and direction to families before, during, and after the loss of a loved one Coordinate, assist, and carry out all aspects of a funeral service and final memorialization Adhere to all professional, municipal, state, and federal licensing regulations and rules applicable to the funeral service profession Ensure that all federal, state, and local regulations related to the funeral industry are followed Qualifications Licensed Funeral Director in Florida or possess the ability to reciprocate. Have excellent communication skills, integrity, and an innate passion for serving others. Be a motivated self-starter with a team player mentality. Possess a high level of customer service skills. Bilingual (Spanish / English) a plus.
