Job Description
Arrangement Conferences:
Meet with families to guide them through the process of planning personalized funeral services, memorial events, & celebrations of life with empathy and attention to detail.Service Coordination:
Oversee and execute all logistics for visitations, funeral services, gravesides, and life celebration events, ensuring every detail reflects the family's wishes.Preparation & Technical Care:
Perform embalming, restorative art, cosmetology, dressing, and casketing with respect, dignity, and high technical standards.Transfers & Transport:
Oversee or assist with the respectful removal and transfer of deceased individuals from care facilities, residences, or other locations.On-Call Rotation:
Participate in a reasonable on-call, evening, and weekend rotation to handle first calls and family needs.Competitive pay:
$60,000 - $85,000. Potentially higher depending on experience.GREAT benefits:

Valid Minnesota Funeral Director License (or currently licensed in another state with eligibility for MN reciprocity).Education:
Mortuary Science degree from an ABFSE-accredited program.Driving Record:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Experience:
3-5+ years of experience as a Funeral Director preferred (motivated recent graduates or apprentices may also be considered).Technical Proficiency:
Strong skills in embalming, restorative art, and preparation care.Benefits
