Full Job Description Job Description:
As an Advanced Funeral Planner, you will be responsible for assisting families in planning and securing pre-arranged funeral services for a local family-owned funeral establishment. This role requires a high level of interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively on a base salary plus commission compensation structure. You will report daily to the manager and work closely with our team to ensure that every client receives the best possible care and service.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate and professional guidance to families in planning pre-arranged funeral services. Maintain thorough knowledge of our services and products to effectively assist clients. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective consultation and service. Report daily to the manager on activities, sales, and client interactions. Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Insurance license is required. Licensed funeral director. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Highly self-motivated and able to work independently. Ability to empathize with and support clients during difficult times.
