Currently hiring. We opened in March 2025 and continue to grow. We are looking to hire a full-time attendant for the week days, day-time shift (7:30am-4:30pm) Monday-Friday. This position will be required to work a mix of opening, mid-day, and closing shifts as needed. Currently, we do not schedule coverage past 9pm every day.

We are looking for a dependable and organized individual to join our team as a part-time Laundromat Attendant for our El Mirage, AZ location.

Position Overview:

As a Laundromat Attendant, you will oversee the daily operations of the laundromat, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for working independently, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facility, to include doing drop-off laundry as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer-focus and be able to handle operational tasks in an often fast-paced environment. Must have reliable transportation to and from our El Mirage location.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with machine use and laundry-related questions. Manage daily operations of the laundromat, including, but not limited to: walk-in self service customers, drop-off Wash, Dry and Fold customers, and pickup and delivery customers ensuring efficient customer service and facility upkeep. Maintain the cleanliness of the laundromat, including washing machines, dryers, folding tables, restrooms, and common areas. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide excellent service. Monitor inventory and request supplies as needed (detergents, cleaning supplies, etc.) to include restocking vending machines as needed. Ensure equipment is functioning properly and communicate if repairs are necessary. Handle cash transactions, document management-card starts, and maintain accurate records. Promote services, discounts, and customer loyalty programs. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Monitor and maintain security of the facility.

Qualifications:

Must have reliable transportation. Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor. Must be at least 18 years of age. Customer service-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.

Basic Math Skills:

For handling cash transactions, making change, estimating amounts for customers to load onto loyalty cards, or tracking customer orders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Ability to work weekends, evenings, days, and most holidays.

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience working at a laundromat or hospitality industry. Knowledge of basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
