Join Our Opening Team! Homewood Suites by Hilton - Phoenix Gilbert is seeking dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Laundry Attendants to join our opening team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our guests receive clean, fresh linens and that housekeeping operations run smoothly. Position Summary The Laundry Attendant is responsible for washing, drying, folding, sorting, and distributing hotel linens, towels, bedding, and uniforms while maintaining cleanliness and organization within the laundry facility. This position supports both Housekeeping and hotel operations by ensuring an adequate supply of clean linens is available at all times. Responsibilities Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens, towels, and uniforms Operate commercial washers, dryers, and laundry equipment safely and efficiently Inspect linens for stains, damage, and wear Remove damaged or unusable linens from circulation Maintain linen inventory levels and communicate shortages to management Deliver clean linens and supplies to housekeeping storage areas Keep laundry facilities clean, organized, and safe Follow all chemical handling, safety, and sanitation procedures Assist Housekeeping with linen distribution and special projects as needed Support pre-opening setup, inventory organization, and operational preparation Qualifications Previous laundry, housekeeping, hotel, or cleaning experience preferred but not required Ability to work independently and efficiently Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout an entire shift Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Hilton Team Member Travel Program Paid training Career growth opportunities Positive and supportive team environment Opportunity to be part of a brand-new hotel opening Schedule Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available Daytime and Evening Shifts Available Weekend and Holiday Availability Required About Homewood Suites by Hilton - Phoenix Gilbert Opening soon, Homewood Suites by Hilton - Phoenix Gilbert is a 130-suite extended stay hotel designed to provide guests with the comforts of home and the exceptional hospitality Hilton is known for worldwide.
