Responsibilities Operate laundry machines and equipment efficiently to process linens, towels, uniforms, and guest clothing with precision and care Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize laundry items according to established standards and procedures Perform cleaning duties in laundry areas, including maintaining cleanliness of machines, workstations, and storage spaces Handle special cleaning requests such as dry cleaning or stain removal with attention to detail Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and notify management when restocking is needed Follow safety guidelines and proper handling procedures for chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment Assist with additional cleaning tasks around the facility as needed to support overall hygiene standards Qualifications Prior experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided Knowledge of laundry processes including washing, drying, folding, and stain removal techniques Ability to operate laundry machinery safely and efficiently Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and cleanliness Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks Basic understanding of cleaning supplies and safety protocols related to chemical handling Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward guest service and collaboration Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts directly enhance guest experiences!
