Duties Operate shuttle vehicles, passenger vans, or personal vehicles to transport guests, staff, and laundry items along local routes in compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the shuttle vehicle, including routine checks and basic maintenance tasks. Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to coordinate schedules, pickups, and drop-offs. Handle heavy lifting of laundry bags or supplies with proper manual handling techniques to prevent injury. Follow GPS navigation or route maps accurately to ensure timely arrivals at designated locations. Adhere strictly to state transportation regulations, including driver licensing requirements for chauffeur or bus driving. Requirements Proven experience as a delivery driver, shuttle driver, or chauffeur driving passenger vehicles such as vans or limousines. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with bus driving or medical transportation is a plus. Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and local driving routes for efficient route planning. Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members. Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling safely during laundry duties or when managing supplies. Knowledge of traffic laws, safety procedures, and state transportation regulations relevant to passenger vehicle operation. Customer service-oriented attitude with a focus on providing a positive experience for all passengers. Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
