We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a hospitality environment, ensuring cleanliness and organization, and assisting with cash handling tasks. This role requires a proactive individual who can maintain high standards of service while managing various responsibilities efficiently. Duties Greet and assist guests with a warm and welcoming attitude. Maintain cleanliness in all areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and laundry facilities. Launder linens and towels to ensure they are fresh and available for guests. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Provide information about laundromat amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and register operations. Ability to clean effectively and maintain high standards of hygiene. Experience in cash handling is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
