ABOUT THE PROPERTY

THE ROLE

As a Laundry Attendant, you'll play an important behind-the-scenes role in keeping the hotel running smoothly. You'll ensure linens are clean, fresh, properly cared for, and available when our Housekeeping team needs them, while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient laundry operation.

You will:

Sort, inspect, wash, dry, and fold hotel linens according to established standards Identify stains and treat linens appropriately before washing Ensure clean linens are folded, organized, and stored in the proper locations Deliver linens to Housekeeping and other areas as requested Keep an accurate flow of clean and soiled linens throughout the laundry operation Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laundry work area Safely operate laundry equipment and use approved detergents and cleaning agents Report damaged or missing linens and any guest belongings found to the Housekeeping Supervisor Assist Room Attendants with housekeeping duties as needed Communicate effectively and courteously with guests and fellow team members Support other Housekeeping and hotel departments as needed Maintain a friendly, professional, and team-focused approach throughout every shift

You keep the laundry operation organized and moving efficiently, take care with the quality of every load, and maintain a clean and safe workspace. Your reliability and attention to detail help the entire Housekeeping team deliver a great guest experience.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous laundry, housekeeping, hotel, or related experience preferred Knowledge of proper linen laundering and stain treatment preferred Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and work efficiently Dependable and responsible with a strong work ethic Ability to communicate effectively with guests, managers, and fellow team members Comfortable working independently while supporting the broader Housekeeping team Ability to safely work with approved laundry detergents, bleach, and cleaning agents Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently bend, stoop, push, pull, reach, and twist Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs. unassisted
