This is a solo position that requires someone who can handle both the customer-facing side and the behind-the-scenes operations of the store. You'll be responsible for: Running the POS system correctly (we will train you) Greeting customers and delivering excellent customer service Handling drop-off laundry orders Keeping the store clean, organized, and presentable Following directions and staying in contact with the team Working independently while still being team-oriented
Duties What We're Looking For:
Strong communication skills - asking questions is expected Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated Friendly and professional with the public Able to work alone and follow daily task lists Quick learner who can handle POS transactions with accuracy Takes pride in keeping things clean, organized, and running smoothly Experience Previous cashiering experience in retail is preferred Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is essential Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities Bilingual skills are advantageous for serving a diverse customer base Experience in merchandising, stock management, and upselling techniques is beneficial Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service proficiency Basic math skills necessary for retail math calculations and transaction accuracy This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic retail setting, providing exceptional service while managing sales operations efficiently.
