This position plays a critical role in maintaining the presentation, cleanliness, and availability of linens and uniforms while ensuring laundry facilities remain organized, safe, and operational. Job Duties & Functions Laundry & Uniform Operations Process, clean, press, fold, organize, and distribute hotel linens, guest laundry, and employee uniforms according to Hotel standards. Operate commercial laundry equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain uniform inventory, issue uniforms, and coordinate repairs or replacements as needed. Quality, Inventory & Organization Inspect linens and uniforms for cleanliness, damage, and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry facilities, uniform rooms, and storage areas. Monitor inventory levels of linens, uniforms, chemicals, and supplies; assist with replenishment and inventory counts. Safety, Service & Compliance Follow all safety, sanitation, chemical handling, and Hotel policies and procedures. Respond professionally to guest and team member requests while supporting departmental operational needs. Report equipment malfunctions, maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and inventory shortages promptly. requirements.
