This role is a great fit for someone with a background in house cleaning, janitorial work, or customer service. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with drop-off and pick-up Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude and uphold store standards Operate washers and dryers safely and efficiently, delivering clean, high-quality results Complete wash, dry, and fold orders accurately and on time Maintain cleanliness throughout the laundromat — wipe machines, sweep floors, tidy folding areas, and empty trash Assist customers with machines and payment systems Monitor equipment and report issues to management promptly Stay organized and manage multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced environment Requirements Prior cleaning experience preferred — house cleaning, maid service, janitorial, hotel housekeeping, or similar (professional or consistent personal) Customer-facing experience preferred — retail, food service, hospitality, or any role where you regularly interacted with the public Friendly, reliable, and punctual — showing up on time and doing the job right matters here Detail-oriented mindset — every order should be clean, folded with care, and organized before pickup Comfortable working independently during evening hours Able to lift up to 45 lbs (moving laundry bags) Comfortable using basic technology (payment systems, timers, etc.) Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required Schedule Part-time — closing shift, 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM Shifts rotate across all days of the week, including weekends Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability is required Typical schedule is 3-4 shifts per week; exact days vary Benefits Paid training on our systems and processes Tips shared equally among attendants Opportunity to grow with a local business About Laundry Guys Laundry Guys is a modern laundromat serving our local community with self-service machines and professional wash & fold services.
