Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with their laundry and cleaning needs in a friendly, professional manner Operate and monitor laundry machines, ensuring they are functioning properly and efficiently Maintain cleanliness of the laundromat, including washing areas, folding stations, and restrooms Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Provide guidance on machine usage, drying times, and laundry options to customers Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or customer facing environments is preferred but not required Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently and maintain a tidy environment Familiarity with dry cleaning or laundry processes is a plus Reliable, punctual, and able to stand for extended periods during shifts Basic understanding of safety procedures related to laundry equipment and cleaning supplies Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while keeping our laundromat spotless and welcoming.
