Duties Supervise and coordinate laundry staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output Oversee all aspects of laundry processing, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing of linens and garments Maintain strict adherence to safety procedures, hygiene standards, and equipment operation guidelines Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and coordinate procurement as needed Ensure proper handling of delicate items such as dry cleaning processes when applicable Conduct regular quality checks to meet cleanliness and presentation standards Train new team members on laundry techniques, safety protocols, and equipment use Maintain accurate records of production volumes, equipment maintenance, and safety inspections Experience Proven experience in laundry operations or textile processing within a hospitality, healthcare, or similar environment Strong knowledge of laundry machinery, including washers, dryers, pressing machines, and dry cleaning equipment Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, stain removal techniques, and hygiene standards Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced setting preferred Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly and efficiently Experience working with hotel or hospitality industry standards is a plus Join us as a Laundry Production Lead to elevate our laundry services through your expertise and leadership.
